At YGIA Natural Health, we take pride in the quality of our herbal products and natural health advice. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.


30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unused, unopened, with all seals intact, tags attached (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@ygianaturalhealth.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Cost Responsibility

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or wrong item sent), we will cover the return shipping costs and provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

  • If the return is for any other reason (e.g., changed your mind, no longer needed), you are responsible for the return shipping costs. The original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items you return, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right – whether that means a replacement, refund, or store credit, at no additional cost to you.


Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)

Certain types of items cannot be returned due to health, hygiene, and safety reasons. These include:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized herbal blends)

  • We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EU Cancellation Rights (for consumers in the European Union)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your contract with us within 14 days, without giving any reason.

Cancellation period:
The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) receive the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel:
You must inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement. You can do this by emailing us at support@ygianaturalhealth.com. You may use the following model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

Effects of cancellation:
If you cancel this contract within the 14-day period, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of the goods if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you (beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and in any event not later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods.

We will reimburse you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

Return of goods after cancellation:
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Return shipping costs for EU cancellations:
You will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods, unless we agreed otherwise or the return is due to a defect.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
