If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you have received, you can return them to us. We will ensure that we will serve you as soon as possible, in order to get your money back.
You must contact us before sending your return, as the return address may be different from the address to which your order is originally shipped.

Do I have to pay for my return shipping?
Yes, as we provide free shipping on orders, customers who wish will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking option, as we will not be responsible for lost packages.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATION OF ORDER
I placed an order and I want to change it. How can I do this?
Please contact email@example.com immediately with your order number and any changes you wish to make. Although we can not guarantee that we will receive your order on time before it is completed in the processing system, we will do our best to make the requested changes.
Please note that once the order has been processed in our warehouse, we can no longer make changes to it.
How can I cancel my order?
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and your request for cancellation and we will try to accept your request before your order is placed in our warehouse.
If your order is already being processed in our warehouse or has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. If this happens, you can simply refuse the package upon delivery and request that it be returned to the sender. The courier will send us back without any charge. Once tracking information is up to date to confirm that your package is on the way back to our warehouse, let us know immediately at email@example.com and we will be happy to refund your money back to our original payment method.
