Methyl B Complex – Ultra-Premium Clinical Grade is a next-generation B-vitamin complex formulated with bioactive, methylated forms of key nutrients, including Methylcobalamin (B12) and L-5-Methyltetrahydrofolate (B9).

This formula also contains Thiamine (B1), Riboflavin-5-Phosphate (B2), Niacinamide (B3), Pantothenic Acid (B5), Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate (B6), and Biotin (B7).

Thiamine (B1), Riboflavin (B2), Niacin (B3), Pantothenic Acid (B5), Vitamin B6, Biotin (B7), and Vitamin B12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Niacin (B3), Pantothenic Acid (B5), Vitamin B6, Folate (B9), and Vitamin B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B6, Folate (B9), and Vitamin B12 contribute to normal homocysteine metabolism. Riboflavin (B2), Niacin (B3), Vitamin B6, Folate (B9), and Vitamin B12 contribute to normal psychological function. Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12 contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and skin.

Daily Dosage

Adults: Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with a meal.
